On The Road Again
Hi there! I am an almost 30 years old female solo-traveller, mostly travelling with my self-converted van named Tuca. I try to write about things I love most; Travel, Wander, Camping, Culture, Cooking, Food & Drinks. I like a turbulent city vibe and at the same time I love to be in remote nature. And I love the ocean.

Since early 2023 I am on the road. The first few weeks driving around Europe before shipping to Canada and slowly driving towards South (and sometimes West, or East, or even North.. nothing seems consistent đŸ˜‰ )Â

Slaw with a mexican twist
This mexican flavor influenced slaw is one of my favorite dishes in the van! It is not only easy to make, it also combines my most favorite ingrediences Lime, Cilantro and Red Onion. 5 to 10 min prep time and you have a nice slaw!
